The mall is home to over 200 stores, of all varieties and offers something to all social classes. The mall is part of Cadillac Fairview chain of malls in 1971 but between 1989 to 1991 major renovations were made to expand the mall, create more parking spaces (6000 total) and add a food court of the second floor.
The mall takes up 980,000 square feet and has four major 'anchor' or department stores being Sears, Holt Renfrew and Sporting Life.
Sherway, was the first mall in Canada, to open a 'Abercrombie and Finch' and 'Hollister' store. In 2007 the mall was praised for their strict no smoking policy on property for both visitors and employees
If you are in the area, I would definitely check this place out, you shouldn't be disappointed. I love their food court they have everything you would want! No matter what meal of the Day.
